1983 D penny, error coin or fake?

I don’t know how to describe it so I’ll just post pictures. Can someone please explain what I’m looking at? Any info would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.

    What Kurt means is that someone sandwiched another coin with it and pressed the head into your coin.

    I do that sometimes just because of life in general. Haha thanks for the help guys! Obviously coins are not my forte so I appreciate the help!

    looks like a vise job. 2 coins pressed into each other. notice how the lettering is backwards. real coin... fake situation.
