1991 Lincoln penny-faded one?

Hello everyone, bought some pennies yesterday and came across this 1991 penny which caught my eye. When I looked at this penny I could only see the 199, so decided to take a picture and you can barely see the one. Just wanted to share and would like to know your opinion. Do you think the one is just faded?

It is the result of a partially grease-filled die. They are very common.

Probably left out in the sun too long......nah, like Chris said, partly filled die. As common as they "should be", I've never found a good one.

Here is one that I found in a Mint bag. Grease and debris stuck to the perimeter of the die. Note that the "ST" of TRUST is partially missing. Click on the coin to zoom in. Would you believe that this coin is worth a few hundred dollars?
