    Here are 2 Sac dollars 2009 P
the one has a clear field to the left
of the tossed seeds while the other has
    a very pronounced die scratch.
So far every ones making like its
nothing. But as the one who has this coin
I think it is something. Have you ever seen this die scratch on a 2009 P Sac Dollar ?
Could this not be a die scratch but a deliberate action by the mint and this one only this one got out of the mint ?
Would you send it in ? sac corn rows 010.JPG sac corn rows 004.JPG sac corn rows 005.JPG sac corn rows 006.JPG sac corn rows 007.JPG sac corn rows 009.JPG

Ummm. Send it in to who? The Major TPG's don't attribute Die Scratches

Your pictures are to blurry. Are your so called "Die Scratches" raised? If not then it's not an error.

Ask yourself, "If this was done deliberately by a Mint employee, and it is the only one, why would the employee allow it to be dumped into the bin with the rest of the coins?"

You'd only be wasting your money by sending it in for grading.

Those that told you that they are nothing are correct. With or without die scratches, the coin is worth $1.

Why on earth would a die scratch be "rare and valuable"?

Because they are on BoobTube and FleaBay.

It appears that the lines cross over shallow areas ( raised on the die) as well as thin depressed areas, which a die scratch or filing would not be able to reach the bottom of the depressed areas of the die required to produce them. But whether they are either case, they do not cause any increase in value, nor would be label on a graded slab. Hang on to it, if you find several more that are exactly the same, you might have a an arguing point as to what they actually are, but still no increase in value.

I have eleven of these 2007-P Sac dollars with a die gouge. They are all graded NGC MS67, but I was smart enough not to waste money for an error attribution. I was hoping for 68's, but that's okay because 14 others (without the gouge) did grade MS68. I came out waaaay ahead.
