1909 penny is this an error coin

I am having a hard time figuring out if this is an error coin or not. At 12 oclock obv there is a dent but nothing on the outer rim indicating damage after coin went to circulation. The obv is caved in with 4 marks head neck shoulder.
The reverse has a dent to rim between 5 and 6. The rev has a round indentation in the center. "ONE CENT and UNITED STATES" is obliterated. Lincoln chin is bulging from rev damage. Attached is pics.
