Great buy, congrats! I was still looking at this one just a few hours ago, but really have to restrain myself from more for now.

 

Very sweet coin.

 

My new baby, from our friend Steve's collection, arrived this morning in the mail. It's something I've had on my list (whatever my list is) for a long time, because a silver "denarius sized" coin of Tranquillina has to be a drachm, or it would cost me a kidney and an arm (should I find any on the market) and I still need them both. No doubt it will have a good place on my 2017 top coins

My coin from the X6 arrived today!!!! It's amazing, better than I hoped for. Doug said: if you collect Phillip, you should have a Gordian. Or something to that effect. I took it to heart and got this GREAT silver Gordian III. The toning is awesome, and the flan is large at 5.56 grams. This is easily the favorite in my small collection, and i couldn't be happier!! I hope it's ok to use the seller's pics.
