Well, I'm sure glad I decided to look through my 200 lbs of copper cents...

As Jeff Foxworthy would have said back in "the day" (which was a Wednesday, according to Dane Cook) - the H8_modern household is sure usin' up a lot of toilet paper...

No longer with the wife, but our five girls still love me. So does my son.

Not too much ‘round these here parts, mister. No, sir. Kind of like an 1858 Canadian large cent in a glass jar of copper cents.

(Haha...yikes. No offense meant, gentlemen...just wanted to steer it back to coin-related topics.)

A little levity never hurts anything (especially after the day I've had today).
I don't have many Canadian large cents, only dating early 1900s, and since Canada ended its love/hate relationship with small cents a couple years ago, I don't get the pleasure of checking my pocket change for dates I don't have either (and I don't mean dates of the social kind...)

My friend had a water cooler half full of pennies and offered me 10% to roll them up. I had 3 days to roll, and it turned out to be appx $300. 30,000 pennies. I had bloody fingertips and had to write account# on every roll. All that effort was not worth $30, but a deal was a deal. The rushed pace and tender fingers ruined cherrypicking/roll searching for me.

This is precisely why I don't quibble over the fee CoinStar machines charge.
