1771 British regal halfpenny, S-3774, ball below spear blade.

I haven't had a chance to check this against my counterfeits yet. But I did pick the leaves up and put the Christmas tree up. Still need to fix the dryer (not washer) though. I'll post if there is anything interesting in the comparison.

    My next year is 1746.

Another 1771 regal British halfpenny. This one had been busy. It's hard to tell its regal from the devices so worn ... but the A and G characters identify it as regal.

On the bright side I have 90 clients Fall cleanups done;) We got a couple of cms of snow today, hopefully it will melt tomorrow, so I can get my work done/ get paid/ buy more neat coins. Here I am with my leaf blower... john photos 1 003 (Medium).jpg

I feel truly sorry for you folks that have to work ... I'm retired ... and I still seem to have too little time.

Yeah/ I am off the 4 Winter months/ never any boredom. Between snowmobiling/walking my Rottie 10+kms @ day/ doing "slave labour" aka house work:( lifting weights/ and of course building my coin collection(have around 800+ AV coins) there is no idle time.

But then I go full bore for eight months dawn to dusk, seven days a week;)

Some fantastic coins everyone. I am extremely pleased we've made it this far!

We made it to 1770 and backtracked to 1771, so by my reckoning we should be onto 1769. I have managed to find one in my Foreign (non-British for me) box:

Wow. All those amazing coins ... and bodybuilder abs, too.

It's almost easy to hate you. ;)

Here's a medieval approximation of what my abs look like. :p

    Where are we, 1769?

No can do, but I can do 1768.

But if that's a bit premature, continue with 1769 for a while.
