I recently purchased this coin because I wanted a slabbed toner. I also noticed extreme die cracks around the rim of the coin that I really liked. Along with a little bit of die clash at the neck, i'm interested to see more close up.

Anyways GTG and guess the sale PRICE if you want to. I don't know the VAM but feel free to guess and I'll try to confirm later.

NO CHEATING, THESE ARE THE EBAY PICTURES AND I DIDN'T PAY THAT PRICE ANYWAYS! ha

    I'll reveal tomorrow night.

    MS64 @ $81

Edit: I do like the color, personally I wouldn't add more than a $15-$20 premium for it though.

    64. 65 if the luster is there. Can't see it in the images. Nice Coin.

    PCGS MS-64 I'd say you paid around $105 - $115 for it. :)

Can't VAM it for you as the images are not high enough resolution to see the details needed.

It looks all there. MS64, for colored-out on the top and the bottom. :)

I'll try to image the coin when it gets here but unfortunately the only images that show luster (especially on the blue) are full slab and show the grade :p

Here are some larger images for those of you would like to try to VAM it. @LuxUnit gave me permission to add these for him. :)

By the way, I REALLY like the color. That reverse is spectacular. @IBetASilverDollar will love it as well.

Thank you! I really felt like it was just a unique coin. Two two sides are just polar opposites. The steel blue/green/teal front seemed really unique and I dont even know what to call the back but I instantly gravitated to all the different qualities I saw.

I think this is a nice coin and going out on a limb but I think it is a MS65 VAM 13A. Those photos are also very good, nice job @jtlee321 . Thanks for the reminder why I quit looking for VAMs :)

    MS 64+ and $150

I think it’s right between a 64 and 65 (neither would surprise me, so I’m going in the middle)

HI Check VamWorld and compare to 1887 VAM 13A. I'm conservative MS63. Nice toning

From what I've looked at this is the closest VAM, Ill confirm it when I recieve it! That would be awesome if it is though because my highest Rarity morgan is a R-5 so this would be a whole new level to my collection at R-6. :)

Keep in mind, those "rarity ratings" are purely advisory and don't necessarily reflect reality, especially at the "rarer" levels. They are assigned at the moment the VAM is named, and the fullness of time often proves them too conservative.

@SuperDave do you mean that as in they don't update it as more examples surface? Either way thank you for the heads up, I'll use it as a rough estimate rather than a law.
