    please let me know on neck are those grease spots or some kind of initial's? thanks!

    If you're referring to the three 'dots' on the
    neck, those are bag marks from another coin.

    The edge of another coin has hit your coin, and
    you're seeing the reeds that punctuate the surface
    of your coin.

    However, if you're referring to the marks on the base of the neck, those are the designer's initials.
