Belgium 1936 5 Franc rim damage?

Could someone let me know what caused the extra metal on the rim in that one area. Would you say the grade could be VF? THX Ed

This is just a guess, but could it be the result of a misaligned die? Are Belgian coins struck in "medal turn"? Does anyone know?

Looks like that one had both alignments

I thought about a die crack but never seen one follow a rim. Interesting. THX

 

It looks like an alignment line that was engraved too deep to be removed by polishing the die. Would occur on all coins struck from this die.

This appears to be just die wear/damage imo.
