I was hoping that someone might be able to give me a ballpark figure of what this token is worth. A local coin dealer thst I'm friends with suggested that I submit it to the Heritage Auction House after not turning up much about it. We found two other examples of this token. One was being sold by a private owner on eBay and I don't think he knows exactly what he has, and the other example is at the Smithsonian. It's said not to be on display at the moment but it shows pictures. After submitting the coin I was told later after a few more emails and photos had been sent back and forth that they weren't able to place the token in auction because it fell right under their five thousand dollar minimum. But yet no where in that discussion is the value taked about....only identifying its origins which I already knew derived from the early twentieth century from Scoville. I'm trying to determine an approximate value of the token like I stated in my original posting. So if you could please read more carefully next time before just jumping on the reply wagon to dismiss someone's questions so hastily I'm sure others would appreciate it as well.
There are two on ebay right now, one with a starting bid of 29.95 and one with a starting bid of 48.00 neither has any bids yet and both auctions are close to the end. Best bet is to watch where they end up for a ballpark value.

It seemed to me that you were being dismissive and then after reviewing the link you had provided and not getting any further information it looked like you were giving me a pacifier. It has been a long miserable black Friday for me and having to put up with the crazies for the sake of my wife led me to take it out in the wrong place.
