What's everyone's opinion on this. Is this struck thru something or is this a plating bubble?

    Interesting.
It's definitely not a Struck Through. Could be a Die Gouge. Plating Bubble would be my last guess. It hard to say with these Copper Plated Zinc Cents.

    Maybe a misaligned clash?

I'm wondering if maybe it could be something like a copper shaving that fell on to the planchet before striking, and it was pressed into the coin.

Now that I think about it, that would show on the letter wouldn't it?

Most likely a die gouge or feeder finger problem. I have been going through about ten rolls of these recently and many have the same anomaly. Mine are left and right rim areas across from the Memorial.

I agree with feeder finger I have seen a few of these lately and from the research and asking people that has been my conclusion whether its right or not lol.
