1943 Lincoln DDO?

    It is either die deteorition or Machine Doubling. The letter's appear to have a shelf like appearance or stair step look it is usually Machine Doubling.

    I would say die deterioration because what you're showing is displaced radially from the motto and the date towards the rim whereas machine damage doubling is usually all in one direction. 1943, because of the hard steel cores of the cents, wore out dies much faster than the softer 95% copper cents, so this is fairly common according to what I've read.
