Selling it as is will be legally liable at this point. There’s no longer anyway to claim ignorance

If I would have went there first with this matter none of this would have never happen...LP

PLEASE STOP TALKING ABOUT SELLING...I paid $56 for a $40,000 coin with a survival rate of less than 200 and you think I'm going to sell it...Im not in this Hobby for Money..!!!!

It’s not a 40k coin, if it was it’d have been regarded by now

I meant of course selling it with full disclosure and not as a matte proof.

The Coin has seen some circulation for sure so with that Ware and the Toning it's hard to see the markers unless you have the right magnification and PCGS & CAC has the right magnification for the Job...Andy of "Angel Dee's told me a photo can't tell you nothing about a coin and he is the only person that has sold a Lincoln Cent for over $1 Million Dollars...The Great Depression got alot of these coins because of their popularity.. I'm just greatful that destiny chose this one for me..LP

Guys, I finally figured this whole thing out. You see, in the PCGS video that Kurt posted back on page 22, the answer has been waiting all along. It specifically outlines the PCGS grading practice as follows: " If the opinion of the first two graders does not match, your coin will be assigned to a third-grader to break the tie." It must be that the two original graders couldn't agree, and they instead just handed the coin to an eight-year-old who made the call that it was a proof! Aha, not a mechanical error!

Didn't someone from PCGS post on the forums asking for the coin back? Was that here or over on CU?

It was there and got posted here as well in this thread. Their position of wanting another look has been made clear as has his refusal

Check this out, PCGS has my real name my mailing address my member number and my phone number why would they need to get in contact with me on a public forum...????

it's not a refusal I just hate getting lied to.. I didn't break my story until almost a month after I had that coin and when I did all hell broke loose my certification number got froze so it don't make sense... every time you guys see someone with a coin y'all say send it in ,send it in ,send it in See What They Say...I sent the corn in it come back as a proof from a decision of 4 graders and it's in a PCGS Secure Holder and y'all say it ain't Real... you guys really need to make up your mind what y'all really believe in...LP

I guess at this point we will just have to wait on what new information Larry Pelf has. He brought the thread back up for some reason.

I looked back. It sounds like you sent C-B-D a message.

But he didn't have to go public with our conversation ..The only reason I consider contacting him and a few other guy's privately because I feel we share the same passion for matte proofs and this was a proof that I'm sure could use some attention because of the bizarre way it came to me..

Sorry. I thought you had something new to offer on the coin. I'll shut up.
