    looking at the zoomed in pictures around the graffiti and it looks like a AU coin, too many hits.

    Besides the engraving details, is that a carbon spot, and does that affect the grade?

    No. Even PCGS straight grades coins with carbon spots... green or black.

    Carbon spots are fine for straight graded, if they're ugly yes they could hold the grade back
