Sorry Sir You Can't Read.. 4 Graders at PCGS gave it a Proof grade of 65 the team of 6 Professional Graders at CAC would have put a bean on it if it was graded 64 witch they felt it was...The hold purpose of sending it to them was to get another set of Professional Eyes on the coin and that's what I did..I know you feel I don't deserve a coin of this Significance but I got it and That's That..LP

No, you didn't get a bean because John won't pay proof money for it.

If you really think it's a proof send it back to PCGS for review. Are you afraid that they will say it's not a proof if it Is? No, you know it's not a proof and don't want it out of a proof slab because you want to try to scam sell it as a proof to some shlub who doesn't bother looking for die markers or doesn't check the cert number. Simple as that.

In Post number 628 you clearly state "Well one member made a suggestion that he would like to see a Bean on it so I tried that...I didn't get a Bean because it wasn't a Proof, I didn't get a Bean because his team felt it was a 64 not a 65 so with that said any of you Guy's that feel that you want to know the Truth feel free to call Mr John Albanese of CAC I'm sure he'll tell you guy's that want to look at photos and grade coins go find another Hobby that requires You to look at photos all day...."

I can read and I can figure out what's going on which is the problem with your marketing attempts. You can knock off the garbage about people not wanting you to have a coin of that significance, no one cares who finds them if they are actually proofs. There's no conspiracy against you.

Your own words are that you "...didn't get a bean because it wasn't a Proof...".

PCGS has also publicly stated they want the coin back for a second look and you've publicly acknowledged that you're aware of it.

You're really just setting yourself up to get sued if you manage to sell it to someone for the five figures it would be worth if it was a proof.

So your saying CAC isn't Professional "GET OTTA HERE"...If a phone call can get it frozen then a phone call should be able to get it unfrozen...And another Thing "THE COIN IS NOT FORSALE AND WILL NEVER BE"

No. You didn't get a bean because it's not a proof and John won't pay proof money for it. You obviously don't known how CAC works either.

No. The only thing that will restore the cert is to send it back for review but you won't do that because you know it's not a proof.

It's posted in this thread. Not to mention probably posted in the CU thread as well and pointed out by countless people you've continued to argue with and you even posted on the next page after the PCGS statement. There's more than enough evidence you're aware of the statement from your responses that followed

I gotta say this, Larry: You state that no one here in CoinTalk wants you (or anyone else) to have a big win like this. But that simply isn't true! We love an underdog story! Heck, we'd rather see someone like you hit the lottery than some major dealer. But after about 3 pages of this thread, you self destructed and brought this all upon yourself. You got a pretty, $100 max coin and a neat story to tell. Now drop it and get back to hunting for a real winner!

John doesn't communicate with customers who send in coins. But you can call him and ask him if you want. Please do.

Ok, so you're claiming that John Albanese called you and verbally confirmed the coin was a matte proof? He actually said that to you? Those exact words?

Do the right thing and send it to PCGS for review and I'll gladly buy you lunch.
