Just cell phone pics, thought I'd throw it up for a GTG if anyone wants to play. Assume anything you see is on the coin, not the slab. 1921 peace-vert.jpg

I'm not seeing any wear on the high points. If we are assuming the pictures are true, then I'll go MS62.

those are the high points for the low-relief Peace Dollars, not the 1921

I know nothing about these types of coins but it does look like there may be another faint crown in the lower left of the coin's obverse. What is that I am seeing? It's not on the other example of the coin. Is there something more special about this coin apart from deserving a high grade due to slight (or no) circulation?

The 1921 Peace Dollars were all struck in a 2 week period during December, 1921.

The 1921 coin was struck in high relief. So high, that the coins didn't properly stack, and in 1922, the relief was lowered to make the coins easier to manufacture and also so that they would stack like normal silver dollars.

Grading a 1921 Peace Dollar is done differently than the other coins in this series.

I think I see a little wear on the obverse...so I'm going to say AU55.

I wasn't aware that there were differences in the wear points. Peace Dollars are notoriously difficult to grade. Here is a summary of a quote I found in an article from Numismatic News:
