Found these two roll Hunting. Both came out of the same roll but its looking like one of them may be a late die stage.

First, Welcome to Coin Talk. @furryfrog02 is correct. Unfortunately, it is MD. The doubling is flat and only on a portion of the letters. If the letters were actually doubled, it would show doubling all along the same sides. This was just flattened on a portion of the letter where the die slide or bounced on the coin. If it was to match Variety Vista's pictures it should match all aspects. To match, the top left of the T should also have doubling as well as the I and the N. In your first pictures, the E's in One Cent should have the split serifs at the bottom right. Also, look at what side the 'doubling' is on with your first set.
