Cents can be within 0.13 grams +/- I believe. Yours is close enough to that. I would consider that within tollerance.

That is a little thick, but it is only 0.05 of a gram over. (half of a tenth).
That is assuming your scale is precise to those fractions of a gram.
No premium. 2.8 might be considered thick.

WHoops. Did my math wrong lol. 0.28 off.

Still, I don't think it is THAT much off to command a premium. Perhaps @paddyman98 would know more since he is quite the conniseur of errors.

    3.11 + .13 = 3.24 3.38 makes it .14 heavy.
Could be a thick rolled planchet. Take a photo of it on the side with some other cents.

What do you mean by your scale being on point? If you just turn it on it might read 0.0 or 0.00, but do you have a calibration weight you can put on to assure that the reading is correct? Most come with it in the case, but many do not. Here is a relatively inexpensive set. If you put on the 2.0 g weight and the 1.0 g weight and the 100 mg weight, it should show 3.11 g. If it does, your scale is accurate enough to discuss whether it is an error. They get out of adjustment or the batteries voltage goes down over time.

That coin is a normal copper plated zinc cent.
