image.jpg image.jpg I know double stamped serial numbers are common but is there an exception when both entire serial numbers bleed thru to the reverse worth anything? Also I have a $5 in rough circulated shape but is it worth keeping with the serial number?

I would highly doubt it is double stamped. I don't think the serial print sequence works like that. Perhaps still some solvent causing some ink bleed/run? I doubt it carries any premium. Same for the $5, if you'd a radar you might have doubled your investment, but as it is, it is a well traveled $5 with a serial that has a little interest, but with 8 decimal places, notes like that are everwhere.
