Sorry, no. Everything is meaningless until you send the coin back to PCGS to have them inspect it and reactivate the cert number if it is actually a matte proof. It's pretty simple. Nothing_else_matters.

And out of curiosity what is a "certified coin professional?"

 

"Respected Professionals in the Coin Industry" ... Also a few of them feel like the person that made the call is a Key factor in the resolution of the hold situation... I would if it had a snowballs chance in hell of being one. He won't do the only thing that will put this to bed and make his coin more than a $50 toner... Send it back to PCGS for review. Which he won't do because he knows it's not the matte proof. We can't see any of the die marker in his pics or the True Views and we've all told him what the die markers are so they obviously aren't there meaning it's not a matte or he would have sent it in to be confirmed. The guy is delusional.
