    They stopped hand punching MMs into dies back in the 80s so it's not possible to have a repunched MM.

    I don't see anything out of the ordinary with your MM. Just looks to be a circulated quarter.

    There might be some mechanical doubling
    at the Mintmark, although it can't be seen
    in the small photo.

    If so, that type of doubling is not considered to
    be an error, and it has no premium as an error
    coin. worth face value only.......
