I think it's a mint mark with a Die Chip

Heres a 72 s the it looks like D in God is doubled B in lib with these worn pennies its so hard to tell if there dd and then there not worth Crap true?

 

I highly recommend you purchase a book on errors and varieties, and do a bit of research before you post. 1972 PDS all had WMDO-001. 60-80% of all 1972 pennies had doubling.
