I am unable to find any tripling. Also, most of the die markers are missing. Through quite a bit of examining I think it is only a Doubled Die.
@Rick Stachowski I am a total newbie when it comes to Ikes this was a lot from a pawn shop, this one. 10-70D u.c sets and 67 sp set. What, in layman's terms does " Shadow Ike" mean and why is mine one? Does the evidence of tripling go away, in later die states?

It definitely is easier to pick coins to buy when you know about them, Ancients are a challenge, a different animal. Coins are coins to me, each has it's own story, and history.
I found some tripling. Top of I, but it has a major die scratch, in the field between IB and his forehead. There really isn't much polishing lines, on this coin, I will try to get some photos up tonight or, tomorrow. Go, Broncos! The reflective fields of this coin are hard to capture.
