    Why? Someone trying to collect FB dimes won't want it because it's an error coin, they want perfect coins. An error collector would want it for the error and isn't likely to pay much if any premium just because it has full bands. (Assuming it does, with the tiny image all I can say for sure is that it is a dime and apparently some kind of error.)

    The original reason I asked was because of it being an error coin. Other than that, the bands are clear to see the split. And the issue with FB Collectors would be, being that PCGS only has ONE 1990 P in their registry according to Coinfacts, someone may just have to make due with the 2nd FB 1990 P being a broadstrike.

    I've only rec'd maybe 3-5 Roosevelt dime errors
    back from PCGS & NGC with the 'FT' designation;
    it wasn't 'asked for', but they put it on the label..

    Usually, however, they don't ......not sure if there
    is a set policy, or if it depends on the day of the week.
