I have an old, classic 7070 album. Different font. And the last page has just bicentennial coins and an SBA. But I also have the matching classic "gold page" for the 7070 in my album (which sells for $40 all by itself, because they haven't re-released it yet)!
In terms of contents, as some have mentioned, only the last page is different. The "newer version" adds spots for a Sacagawea Dollar, State Quarter, Modern Commemorative Dollar, and a Silver Eagle. The gold page has not been reprinted yet, but there was information saying that it would be out this year (a bunch of the people on the PCGS forum signed up for a group order, but it appears the page is still on back order) https://forums.collectors.com/discussion/980640/dansco-7070-gold-page Old version: New version (which appears to be a 2015 reprint):
My Dansco 7070 album circa 1970's. Note the Venice, CA address on the inside of the back cover. I believe they are elsewhere in the Los Angeles area now. Also note the hole for the Ike dollar is dated 1971. According to the list on the inside of the back cover, you, at the time, could get a 5th page (7070-5 U.S. Gold Type Page). Also, it seems that the inside of the back cover shows their full line of Albums available back then. Much shorter than now!
Did the same for my own Lincoln Cent Dansco album... I'd still love to get every one of my 1909 to 1926 cents in minimum of EF. Most currently are, including my 09s VDB. That's gonna be tough scrounging up enough $$ for that 1914-D in EF...
