I think out of place D mint mark.

    Hello Tom. I can say 2 things about this Cent
    1st.. In 1964 the mint mark was hand punched into the Obverse Die and sometimes they ended up in different locations
    2nd.. Looks like the D took a slight hit also which might make it look a bit slanted
