Trip to my LCS paid off today...

Did you end up sending that 1864 (ish?) 2C piece in? How did it grade if so?

I was eyeing it but coin budget was exhausted at the time.

It graded MS63BN. Was in with the same order. And I was right about a lot of the other coins, too. 1858 seated quarter got AU55. 1874 arrows Seated dime got AU53. 1833 Capped Quarter got VF30, etc... Was a nice order. Only one I was sure of that got detailed was a 1836 Capped Half that I thought was XF40-45. They called it cleaned. But I'm still only into it $106 after grading, so I'll still do well on it.

 

that seems like a tough result (not that ive ever owned or know how to grade a 2 cent piece but sure looked clean to me)

 

They're graded higher based on their luster. This one was good, but didn't jump out of your hand, thus the 63.
