Found this penny in pocket change and its got stuffed stamped all over the place. Below liberty is the letter f and above liberty is a 5 or and a s also in front of chin there is also a 5 or and a s. On the reverse below the first A in America is the letter s. There is stuff every where my camera just does not show it very well. Any ideas of what I should do with this.

    Welcome to CT!!!

Looks like severe PMD to me. I would spend it.

The longer you look at the poor cent the more you think you see...kinda like looking at the clouds. One person sees one thing while another person sees something different.

Nothing... As stated it's PMD - Post Mint Damage
It's a well circulated 43 year old copper Cent

spend it, looks like a parking lot cent, if you stare at coins with this much damage for long enough you could probably spell out you name in tiny letters by "connecting the dots"....

If you look carefully above Abe's ear, you will see an outline of Jesus...or maybe it's Lucifer.

Pareidolia, it's called. Something the brain will do for or to you. I rather enjoy it.o_O;):)

Chewmassa Now where could my pipe be?

Put it in a jar with other copper pennies. That way if the US government ever lifts the pennymelt ban you can cash in on its copper value. Or if that doesn't happen or you hit a rough patch before then, you have a rainy day fund.
