I found this North Dakota 2006 quarter going through my coins looking for collectables. The front has a weird print and the back is goldish with a plastic like material on it making it smooth from edge to edge. Any insight would help.
Under coin chat. Go to silver proof state quarter set struck thru. A guy has similar markings on his front side of the quarter. Why would the back be as smooth as glass though.? Thats the difference im checking into
