Your images are really nice. Could you tell us how you are lighting the coin? I think you nailed the white balance.

@Tyler Graton , I think @ldhair was more interested in an related lighting equipment @BURRO is using. Most of the example images I've seen using the linked digi-scope have goofy white balance issues unless you either use alternative lighting, or have a good handle on WB correction in post. I'd be interested in knowing if alternative lighting or the LED's on the digi-scope were used.
I use alternative lighting some times it takes a while to get it right .most of the time I use a usb light and move it around until I find the right angle
That scope does a great job. Looks like it has COB lighting, built in. @BURRO Is your USB light COB? Maybe the software is doing a custom white balance with each image. I may buy one of these just to play with.
