    It's not an 'improper metal mixutre'
    planchet - it's stained.

    All the 'different' surface colors and
    textures you see on your coin occured
    after the coin was in circulation.

    It's not an error planchet, an error strike,
    or an error of any type.

    Sorry, but it's simply 'stained', after it left the Mint.
