Is this penny considered toned?

I was looking through my photos that i took when i coin hunted. Is this consider toned. Is it just me or did they design lincoln that you could see his other side of his eye. Hope i still have the coin. Could just be camera error.?

Lincoln didn't have a left eye. I think he was born that way.

As far as what I collect, this has some very atttractive toning for a late die state coin.
Is that wear at 6 O clock?

No its not damaged. I dont know how to clean it except maybe cotton tip and water. People say yes, others say no.
