    No idea what you are trying to say but yes it's damage. They don't leave the mint looking like that.

    The coin is error from the mint in the moxing of the different metals

    Intrinsic value is what the "metal" Is worth, the numismatic (collector) value is what you are asking about. This one was damaged (purposely) after leaving the mint. Worth face value only.
