    Looks like a Planchet flaw.

    Without seeing the reverse,
and just a small area of the
    obverse, I believe it's damaged,
    and not an error.

I am quite certain that your coin is a Planchet flaw Error, even more so after seeing that there is no damage on the reverse.
It seems odd that I can see the Zinc where the Copper Plating is missing, and there is no raised metal around the area in question.
The Obverse is also a Missaligned Die Strike.
It can be quite difficult to define what a coin is or is not just from photos, the reason I asked for more photos.
You could take it to a coin dealer for second opinion if there is one in your area.

Thank you for your response, I will do that, I have tried to look up as much as I could to see what may have caused that, like you mentioned the planchet is the closest to what I've found, as soon as can I will check out a place not far who deals in coins, hopefully I'll have something to reply.
