Okay, here it is... Norfolks have the highest average grade of any commem. Even a 65 is a somewhat low grade, with lots of 66's and 67's. PCGS price guide for this one is $375. For full disclosure there is a small spot of greenish crud in the "U" of "Borough" that shows up in the NGC slab photo and doesn't appear to have grown. The peripheral obverse toning really pops in hand and the reverse is full of originality. You can see another photo on Heritage from 2011 (I purchased it much later.)
