Sounds like an old hoopla we heard back in 2003-2004 while I was there.....some folks think that the economy and the whole country will stabalize and then their currency will sky rocket ( compared to what it is now anyhow)

Is it a scam? not really....is it likely? Doubtful

Now, let's try to recount all the countries that have devalued their currency?

If the government is able to take control, the violence ends, the infrastructure is repaired and the whole country becomes peaceful, then yes I could see the currency rising in value. Anyone think all that is going to happen anytime soon? Like before the currency collapses completely and they have to issue new currency?

So no it isn't really a scam just a long shot currency speculation.

I think you figured out the mystery. According to everyone else, it isn't going to rise.
