$25 .. 1921 is a difficult date to find nicely toned. This example has some colors, but it very well might be AT or cleaned and retoned.

$125.00 I've been incredibly low on many of these lately, time to try a little higher.

At over 10x + the PCGS guide price.... it makes me think that way. I'm beginning to see that there's some that like, REALLY like, and are not afraid to pay for, toners.

Well, I think everyone who is going to guess, has guessed, or have they? I'll give it another hour or so, then I'll reveal.

Yes I agree that the premium over guide is still significant. And there certainly are people that will pay strong prices for toned coins. Other times one can get toners for little premium. This thread has now displayed both cases.

Well, I paid $42.61 including shipping, so.......

@C-B-D would be the closest at $45

This is a bent, F-VF details 1809 normal edge bust half that I auctioned off starting at 99 cents. How much did it go for?

...I wonder how much being bent would discount this as I would think that could be a deciding factor (for example, I'm avoiding bent coin for my type set because they might not fit properly in my album).

That's one reason I wanted to post this coin. It's a problem coin, but still purty.

Yes it does have some attractive features.
And based on my guess you can see I didn't cheat:p
    Maybe I should have though:D

By the way, you might want to add an average price for one of these in problem-free Fine grade.

    $150

It doesn't look crazy bent, and has nice toning with a nice wear pattern. I also think green toning like that is desirable.

Numismedia says F12 and VF20 are $174 and $252 respectively.

Hmmm. Bent raw and 99 cent starting but nice color so many variables lol. I'll guess about half of VF price, $120
