Possibly Nordic/Swedish? Edit-I take this back as I misspelled the word in a search.

 

The obverse looks very, very similar to this:

But the reverse is very different. That may be a place to start.

 

I could read "XX Cash" on the reverse, so I seached on Numista and came up with:

which looks a pretty good match to me?
