I think .. I don't collect RPMs, so any help would be grateful . Here's the link to Coneca . http://varietyvista.com/02b LC RPMs Vol 2/1971DRPM005.htm
It looks like the D is slightly north and rotated slightly CW from VV's example. I don't see the vertical bar, but the spread is so narrow it is probably hard to get it to show. An image of the bow tie area would help. That RPM has the re-engraved tie. Edit: Added overlay
Yes the bow tie is right. The mint mark is really close. I could be off that much trying to scale and rotate with shadows in different places. I don't "think" it's 005, but I wouldn't want to say definitely not. That bar could still be hiding there. Some RPMs are hard to photograph without a great setup.
One thing that has been catching my eye is the design of the MM, the lower serif, of the D. Your last picture does show a vertical bar, but the angle of the shot makes yours look like it goes strait down. Your photo also makes it look like the mm, is tilted further to the SE. I think it could be a later die state? The interior of the D looks correct for the variety, and placement looks correct.
I 'm getting better on matching images to their ( varieties ) sites . This one was crazy, all three were taken different . The last two they took, way - plumb . The one of the date and Mint-mark are taken -plumb, but not as much as the other two . The last 2 were also turned, to level the Mint-mark .
