    That chuckle-worthy Barber dime might not be a CAM proof as advertised, but it's a CircCam, all right.

    Accent on the "circ" part. Very circ.

    Perhaps the "DC" in the auction title stands for "damaged cameo"?

    @Lunchbox John's 1861 quarter would've made a nice companion piece to my 1838 in the preceding post.

    That's a perfect, textbook CircCam!

    Those are some great coins up there! The '38 quarter and '47 dollar are particularly outstanding.

    "An American in Paris", perhaps?

    The name "Frank H Green" sounds American, anyway.

    My hunch is that this a Victorian travel souvenir. It was likely engraved 40-60 years later than the host coin date.

    A fun trinket and inexpensive, but also a nice CircCam!
