Canadian Large Cents have not been categorized by variety to the extent that earlier US issues have. Your 1891 is the common Large Leaf, Large Date (best date pickup being the top loop of the date being wider than the bottom). 1859 *has* been done, pretty exhaustively. Both coins are very common and have been cleaned. Based on the small vine break at leaf 7, it was struck pretty early in the mintage year .. the gap grew much wider as the year went on and the hub/master gradually chipped away.
