That looks like a listing violation to me. Very missleading at best.

These "GRAB BAG" type of auctions have been widespread for many years.

"YOUR LOT MAY INCLUDE" type of crap is like old hat. There have been hundreds of simular type of auctions EVERY DAY for years and years.

    Other simular frauds include:

    (1) "ESTATE COINS!!! THOUSANDS OF UNSEARCHED COINS!! MAY INCLUDE>>>>>"

    (2) " I HAVE TOO MUCH INVENTORY, NO TIME TO SORT, SO I AM PUTTING EVERTHING IN A BUCKET!!! THESE LOTS MAY INCLUDE>>>>>>"

(3)" I HAVE BEEN ACCUMULATING GRADED COINS FOR YEARS!!!! NO MORE ROOM TO KEEP THEM!!! EVERYTHING GOES!!!! YOUR LOT MAY INCLUDE>>>>>"

    (4) ETC, ETC.....

Only the newbies fall for this crap.

It is our job to inform them so they don`t....

    Good link Roto!

If the seller would not answer your questions - move on Period.

In the auction Roto linked he has "Each of the coins in this lot will selected from these slabbing companies: ACC, ANACS, ANI, CSI, GEC, ICG, NGC, NTC, NNC, PCGS, PCI, SEGS, SGS, and UNC. " but knows nothing about coins YET has somehow accumulated ALL of this wealth and will pick coins "by PCGS guides" to total $25,000 and start the bidding at $100.

There area few things one can infer from an auction such as this.

    First is IT'S A RIPOFF.

Second is It's a guy like, Bill Gates, for example that is so wealthy he just feels like giving it away under an assumed name.

I'm going with the RIPOFF theory myself.

P.S. Bzcollector pretty much nailed it too.
