Info request on Russian (?) coin

    Supposedly metal detected somewhere in Ukraine.

    I think it is Katherine the Great...

    Can anyone confirm my suspicions and provide any other info? Grade, value, etc.?

    @chrsmat71, nice coin! I might need to upgrade mine sometime soon! ;-) You are correct... I paid about $20 US for it, so I'm glad I didn't get ripped off.

    I had to get one when I saw how big they are (no photo yet).

    Cool coins.

    Theywould make good sling bullets in a pinch.
