Just to be clear, in English (), yes, it is, but is also how it's supposed to be.

 

Take a look at this reference. It is the RDV-007. You will see that is the normal reverse for business strike cents from 1993-2008.

I have 2 1998 and 2 2000 wide am cents. Did have 3 2000's but gave one away
