Does this look like a double die or a reflection? In the date, mostly.

The photo isn't sharp or lighted enough to determine if it is doubled.

Looks like reflection to me. At best, there may be some strike doubling in the 8, but I don't really think so, and if there is SD/MD, it's not worth anything extra.

I don't think so but it's the closest I've got. I think. But thanks for the help.

My scope is good but not great or possible operator error. But thanks for looking.

The lighting is much better here and the photo is clearer. A word of advice on error coins and photography: if you have a scope, treat it like a scope instead of trying to get the whole coin (much harder with a scope). Let's see some close ups of Liberty. I think you're referring to the thing left of the 6 on 1968? That, unfortunately, is not die doubling. Having said that, let's see that Liberty and date with your scope! Also, please post your photos as full images. When you don't select that option, it makes it harder to see the images.

Yeah. Been collecting for almost my whole life, just figured out the 1857 flying eagle I bought years ago was my first DDO. More specifically 1857 DDO-007 S12. I also recieved and 1858 flying eagle as a gift a few years back, ended up to be my second DDO and first RPM, once again more specifcally: 1858 Small Letters Low Letters DDO-008 RPM-002 S1.

Keep your head down and your lights on and your scope moving you'll find them.
