First please type your question in a language we can understand and next please post better pictures of the area in question.
what kind of english you under stand so next time i will uses do i have to be a professor at harvard so i can post or what is it i spose to do i am a first grader if u do not want to comment on my post it still a free country beside i have posted before man times no body ever complain about my picture except today i am not to please any entity or e t or any thing for the matter
From the pictures it looks like 48 years of wear and a little Post Mint Damage. I do not see any doubling, but as cpm9ball said, the pictures could be a little clearer.
As stated, the picture of the obverse does not enlarge, and the clarity is not very good. In hand I am sure things can be seen that do not show in the picture.
For a 1st Grader, you're fairly cocky and arrogant. Instead of attacking the question, try responding to the question by posting better pictures. Responses such as "do i have to be a professor at harvard" will NOT get you any answers. You "english" and "sentence structure" is terrible. Are you using a "voice translater"?
http://doubleddie.com/1989737.html That's is not a doubled die. The link I provided to you is where you should look for Doubled die on the 1969 Philadelphia quarter
english is my second language i was born in lebanon the only english i know i pick it up from the street i did not go to school in us of a
It looks like possibly machine doubling, not a doubled die variety. The 69D doubled die is on the reverse. Good question and keep looking.
Not to be rude or antagonistic, but your profile says your 67. And that appears to be machine doubling.
