Yours is a very slight misalignment

 

Hey Scotty it might help if you rotated your pics and also cropped them and select full image.
And please don't take that the wrong way that is not criticism this something that I've learned with some of these guys that are really good at this.
And I also agree that it's a misaligned.

No need to adjust picture..
As stated it's a minor Misaligned Die Strike, not an Off Center error

 

Also in case you are wondering they don't hold any extra value being this slightly off centered.

 

yea my luck I'm sticking to graded coins

 

Rotated coins to where people dont have to bend their neck is the best another thing you may want to consider is posting both sides of the coin.
