Yup but most classics have been as it was standard practice for decades so it's more about having a market acceptable look with most classics series
Thanks ld it is because I have been a grader since I was 12 years old and that coin isn't a 53 just because that is what it got from anacs. I wouldn't grade that a 53 my self. This coin is damaged
@ed wood 654 Usually when a grade or, in this GTG (I can understand that you are learning). not all of us get it right, but atleast when we are giving a grade. For the most part give reasons why. What says to you, the reason for it being damaged. All circulated coins have damage just some grade lower for a reason. Besides a number grade what is your evaluation of the coin?
Thanks Picking and Grining, I would say this is a detail coin cause it has a chunk taken off of it and also I'm not learning I have been doing this for a while
