Can I rewind to 1929 for a bit? I have to show off my puffins. 1929 lundy 1 puffin.jpg 1929 lundy half puffin.jpg

This is difficult— I probably have more for 1927 than any other year.

    Japan
A cupronickel issue but this type can come with some pretty neat toning:

Albania (these were all glamour shots I had done a while back…and I had to restrain myself to just the three—one for each metal type)

Italy (can you tell where Albania was getting it’s coins designed?)

This is the last year for Albania so I’m going a tad overboard with a representative of each metal type minted.

No Japanese this post. 1926 was the last year of the Taisho reign (T.15) and the first of the Showa. No coins were minted for Showa, and only two, the 50 and 10 sen for Taisho. I have a couple, just no images.

Cool 1926 coins everyone. There aren't any high grade Albania coins for sale because Stork has them all! :)

My 1926 contribution is a US coin and has a special significance to me because it's my first ever coin! A gift from my grandpa when I was a kid :)

    That's cool.
My first coin came from my grandpa too... I will post it when we get to 1896 ;)
